runOm Abs and Arms
This video walks you through a simple and effective series of asanas based on ashtanga yoga to strengthen your core, abs, and arms. We recommend watching the video once to familiarize yourself with the movements before performing the flow sequence. When you are comfortable, you will then perform the sequence holding each pose for at least 5 breaths and repeating any repetitive movements until you feel some fatigue. ~ Namaste
